QUICK AND EASY SARDINE RILLETTES

Ingredients

  • 1 can of sardines in oil (135 g)
  • 70 g cream cheese (such as St Moret or Philadelphia)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • fresh chives

    Remove the sardines from the oil and take out the bones.

    Mash them with a fork.

  • Step 3:

    Add the cream cheese, mustard, and chopped chives. Mix well.
