This simple and effective method of baking your peppers allows you to remove the skin effortlessly, for tastier, more easily digestible recipes! Perfect for salads, ratatouille or even roasted and marinated peppers, this technique guarantees tender peppers ready for cooking :-)
Preheat oven to 440°F (230°C). Thoroughly wash and dry the peppers. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the bell pepper(s), spacing them out.
Bake for 25 minutes, turning every 5 minutes or so.
When cooked, remove the bell pepper(s) from the oven and cool completely in a sealed freezer bag (about 10 minutes).
Now you can peel peppers by hand with ease!
